**The Position**

**St John of God Geelong Hospital** is a 284-bed hospital located in the CBD of Geelong, and is recognised as the leading provider of private health care in the Barwon and South-western region of Victoria. Caring for our community through our dedicated team of medical specialists and experienced caregivers, our services include maternity, cardiac, oncology, rehabilitation and emergency care.

- **Unit Receptionist**, you will aim to efficiently deliver a broad range of clerical duties, using established processes to ensure excellent customer service and admission procedures.
- Positions are offered on a permanent part time basis, working 50 hours per fortnight. Hours of work will include evening and weekend shifts.
- Previous experience working within a health care environment will be viewed favourably._
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a frontline Clerical/Reception position.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise work requirements and work productively within a team environment.
- Highly developed level of computer proficiency, attention to detail and accuracy.
