**Description**:
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Tertiary qualifications or certificate relevant to the role and demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable
- Have previous experience in a debt collection, accounts receivable, customer service or similar role
- Experience in accounting software packages, competence in maintaining and developing complex spread sheets, and the ability to present complex and varied data in a simple, concise, easy to understand manner
- Understand financial audit, reporting and compliance obligations and the actions needed to satisfy them
- Display an awareness of financial risk and exposure and solutions to address these
- High level of interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow up procedures
- High level of analytical and numeracy skills
- Proficient level of computer literacy
Desirable
- Experience working within a not-for-profit/aged care, wellness, or disability sector will be well regarded.
- Experience/understanding of services for older people and working with older people would be an advantage.
