We're now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Scarborough, WA and play a key role in our next stage of digital growth.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen engagement with both local and international audiences.
You'll work closely with our directors, IT, and operations teams — turning ideas into action across social media, digital ads, email marketing, and branded content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain the marketing content calendar across digital and print channels.
- Write, design, and publish blogs, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Coordinate and design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Build and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Maintain and update website content (SEO, landing pages, and visuals).
- Set up and manage email marketing automations via Zoho Campaigns or Mailchimp.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using Zoho Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Conduct competitor and market research to guide strategy and creative direction.
- Support brand partnerships, online events, and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Creative flair with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for measuring results and improving performance.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and desire to grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
