The Job
simPRO is currently looking for a Software Implementation Team Lead, responsible for providing direction, instruction, guidance and support to the Implementation Consultants that are within a team of direct reports.

You will assist with successful implementation of simPRO products, together with training of simPRO’s suite of products to new and existing clients. In addition, you will provide your team of Implementation Consultants with consistent and effective direction.

A master relationship builder, you have a curiosity for technology and the ability to streamline complexity. In addition, you bring a strong background in innovation and imagination.

This role can be based out of our Brisbane office as a hybrid role, or fully remote elsewhere in Australia. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.
What You’ll Do
- Assist, monitor, record process / success of pre-implementation, implementation and any training activities, by ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Provide guidance with implementation plans and recording progress to the customer and Implementation Team
- Communicate issues to other simPRO teams as required, ensuring customer satisfaction with all simPRO products
- Product test and written reports where required
- Ensure areas of non-conformance are escalated to management
- Continually review work practices and recommend ways in which practice, systems and/or processes can be improved
- Participate in activities that address improving performance and actively promote improvement.

What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional training facilitation skills

- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google suite or MS products)
- Report crafting skills
- Data management and information architecture
- Previous experience in CRMs and/or job management systems
- Exception communication skills (written, verbal, listening, transparency)
- Change management abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Problem solving skills
- Organisational and time management skills.
