Nth Degree is hiring a talented and ambitious SEO Manager to join the expanding SEO team. This is a full-time predominantly work-from-home position based in Sydney with occasional on-site client meetings and team get-togethers.
Your main strength is the ability to strategise for a diverse portfolio of clients and to be accountable to their results. You take pride in the level of consultation and advice that you can provide, and the direct contribution you can make to a business’s growth. You have the ability to think both technically and creatively, leaving no stone unturned as to how your clients can achieve success on Google.
You’ll enjoy working in collaboration with a talented team of designers, developers, and SEO specialists to improve the SEO, content, UX/UI, and technical performance of a range of websites from small B2B service providers to multinational e-commerce sites and everything in between.

- Passion for all-things SEO; keeping up-to-date with SEO trends and the evolution of search and emerging technologies within the industry.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role and the company.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual in all communications
- At least 3 years experience in a dedicated SEO role
- Agency experience preferred but not essential
- Permanent Australian resident
**Required Skills**:
- Developing and executing effective SEO strategies, roadmaps, and timelines to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversions for clients
- Create insightful and understandable SEO performance reports for non-technical audiences
- Developing content strategies and working with writers to meet your briefs
- Managing clients & joining monthly SEO WIP meetings
- Conduct keyword research and intent analysis
- Conduct full SEO-informed site architectures
- Monitoring and optimising Google Tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile & Google Search Console
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement recommended improvements
- Briefing and editing content to ensure it is in line with SEO best practices
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, SurferSEO and Screaming Frog
- Keep abreast of the latest SEO and content marketing trends through research and attending industry events
- Assist with SEO strategies for new prospects and clients
**Preferred Skills But Not Essential**
- Understanding of web development, CRO, and UX/UI best-practices
- Implementing updates with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMSs

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
