**How this opportunity is different**

Our Client Executive role allows you to work with our clients dealing in retention and follow up potential clients regarding their curiosity about Aon’s services and solutions.

This role will be based in our Real Estate team & you will be working within a fun and dynamic team and requires insurance experience in financial lines, professional indemnity and ideally 1-2 years minimum experience in insurance broking.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Running a client portfolio, handling all ongoing client’s insurance / risk needs
- Ensuring all client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of service delivery, account management and account retention
- Providing consistent client updates and replies within agreed service timeframes
- Running an ongoing sales pipeline through inbound, warm, and proactive leads
- In a consultative client approach, providing suitable education on additional Aon products and services where applicable and within your authority
- Assist with sophisticated client queries / complaint issues
- Working with Insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines
- Understanding client financials and providing appropriate support regarding debt management, payment enquiries and settlements
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to connect with people and build trust
- Ability to address problems creatively and show initiative
- Analyze information and data, to see opportunities and prioritize
- Driven towards setting and achieving goals and making a difference
- Possess a zest for learning and learn systems and technologies at speed.
- Sales demeanor and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales)
- Relevant insurance experience
- Comparable client servicing / sales experience
- Comparable insurance shown experience
- Strong experiences using software programs
- Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualifications (desirable)
