Publisher Representative

Publisher Services have an exciting, **fixed-term full-time**opportunity to join the team in the role of Publisher Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional services to publisher members, foster strong relationships and assist with queries relating to the APRA AMCOS business.

As a publisher representative, you will be also responsible for process ing publisher registration data relating to publishing agreements and works to establish copyright ownership and enabl e correct distribution payments to writer and publisher members and societies.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

The role presents a unique opportunity to gain direct experience in music publishing, including hands-on management of our publisher members' repertoire and delivering excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist tier 3 publishers to resolve queries relating to their APRA AMCOS business.
- Process publisher agreement registrations as directed by the Agreements Lead.
- Monitor and answer tier 3 publisher queries via Backbeat.
- Process any adjustments to correct previous APRA payments relating to represented publishers’ catalogues.
- Member onboarding, termination, retention, and distribution tasks.

Keep records of correspondence and statistics relating to catalogue ownership changes.

**We’re**looking for someone who has**:

- A minimum of one year experience in customer service.
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to resolve issues autonomously.
- Attention to detail and careful, methodical approach to work.

Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.

**Please**note**:due to the nature of the role, s ome out of hours work may be required from time-to-time.
