**About you**
- Minimum 3 years administration or business support exerience
- Take ownership of a role and prioritise progress of planned tasks
- Can do-attitude
- Ability to balance high attention to detail with efficiency
- Bring customer service skills when communicating with internal teams and clients
- Exposure to data compilation/ reporting/ understanding of statistics and data
- Experience with ISO9001 and 45001 or eagerness to learn
- Previous work within construction or consulting industries maybe an advantage

**The role**
- Reception and admin support duties for 3 growing offices
- Administration support to State Leads and National Managers
- Schedule meetings, update diaries and coordinate outcomes from meetings
- Assit in local client evnets
- Updating and maintaining template files, marketing documents
- Data compilation for reporting (from digital platform & practice management system)
- Support team in compliance with ISO9001 and 45001 with scheduling audits, updating registers and finalising documentation
