Travel Associates in Hampton, VIC are in search for an Assistant Business Leader to mentor and guide the team. You will bring your proven leadership and mentoring experience combined with travel consultant experience to the role. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the business and your consultants within. You will assist in leading a team comprised of Australia’s most respected advisors and become a part of the country’s largest network of Virtuoso agents – connecting you to the world’s best luxury travel advisors, suppliers, and industry partners. You will support your team in their efforts to deliver exclusive benefits to every single client in order to build and maintain their own repeat and referral database, generated through our luxury and local marketing avenues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants to drive business growth and client satisfaction. • Support the team in delivering exclusive benefits to clients to build repeat and referral business. • Collaborate with Virtuoso network partners and suppliers to provide premium luxury travel experiences. • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on client relationships and quality service. • Manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and client engagement strategies to suit individual working styles while maintaining team objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring experience in a travel or retail environment. • Travel consultant experience with a track record of delivering high-quality service. • Ability to connect clients with premium products and build lasting partnerships. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable working in a flexible, autonomous role with varied work arrangements.
