**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, and quality standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Manage project scope by defining and controlling project requirements and deliverables. - Ensure IT service management processes are adhered to, improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the requirements management process, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured and addressed. - Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently
- Drive delivery management efforts to ensure projects meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project success.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware for on-prem & Azure cloud.
- Perform network configuration changes / firewall updates in accordance with change management process.
- Create and maintain network documentation as it relates to network configuration, network diagrams and processes.

**Qualifications & Certifications (Optional)**:

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation Certification

**Salary Range**: >$100,000
