**Business Risk Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the Strategy and Culture team in risk management practices, including incident management and investigations to assess member impacts and rectification efforts.
- Collaborate with other risk and compliance functional staff within Group Risk and Compliance, as well as across other business lines or shared service functions.
- Assist in the implementation of localised risk management policies, processes, and requirements within supported business groups, ensuring alignment with the Group Risk Management Framework.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk management framework.
- Support the execution of assurance/compliance related checks of risk controls and treatments within the business.
- Supporting and developing reporting for Strategy and Culture to ensure timely updates to both the team and the organisation

**About you**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Engaging, supportive, and collaborative attitude.
- Critical analysis skills to uncover hidden insights.
- Inquisitive nature with the ability to delve into issues regardless of obstacles.
- Developing knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory environments.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite.
