**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an **Income Protection Officer** to be part of our HR Transactional Services, Finance & Business Services Command team. The Income Protection Officer supports service delivery by undertaking the assessment and processing of income protection claims for injured officers.

**Target Question 1**:
At least two years’ experience in managing income protection or workers compensation claims would be advantageous for this role. Please describe your experience in either of these roles, what. challenged you the most and how you dealt with the challenges.

**Target Question 2**:
The role will entail supporting injured officers. A high level of resilience, patience and customer service will be required of you. Please detail how you meet each of these three attributes.
