Start: Immediate start

Length: Temp Ongoing Assignment

Hours: 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week)

The Role

Supporting the customer engineering services team, the Maintenance Administrator will be working in the planned maintenance area and sharing responsibility of tasks with the client's Scheduler. Training on systems and processes provided.
- Provide accurate reports and statistics together with providing an additional effective regional point of contact to support service to both internal and external customers
- Assist in proactive and effective scheduling of planned maintenance for over 4000 pieces of equipment
- Timely release and processing of SAP work orders, including labour hours and parts
- Effective planning and scheduling of Service Technician's workload
- Effective resolution of Customer breakdown requirements
- Schedule & design monthly toolbox meetings
- Schedule and complete monthly planned inspections
- Examine the installation, maintenance and servicing load, then prioritise and plan the service teams work schedule

Experience Required
- MUST have administration experience (preferably within similar industries)
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office Applications)
- Experience with SAP (Customer Enquiry, financials, store stock) is desirable
- Experience with scheduling trades is desirable
- High level of communication with all levels internally & externally
