About the role:
Ventia and Skout Solutions are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Administrator to provide administration support to the Operations Manager on Ventia's AGFMA Contract located in Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities/ Core duties will include but are not limited to:

- Preparing and monitoring of project plans
- Updating data, costs schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditure
- Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings and other administrative duties including, processing invoices and variation costs

Skills and Experiences:

- Previous experience in Project Administration
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multitask and be highly organised
- Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
