- About the Role
- We are looking for a Data Maintenance Officer to join the growing Team on a Permanent, full-time basis.
- Responsibilities include:
- Maintain system pricings as directed by the network and management-
- Oversee ordering controls so they are in line with the business directions-
- Action stock adjustments, inventory re-valuations and write off submissions-
- Maintain freight rates in line with business direction-
- Maintain data entry and maintenance of products and contracts- About you
- In this position, we are looking for experience in processing financial transactions and data entry for a large organisation, as well as advanced administrative skills and the capacity to support and train network staff in system functions. We are also looking for someone with high-quality communication and customer service skills.- Have some experience and skills in data entry-
- Have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Dynamics 365 would be advantageous)-
- Have strong communication and presentation skills-
- Attention to detail-
- Knowledge of excel formulas would be advantageousAbout Elders
