**About the role**
This opportunity exists to make the role your own - you will have the freedom to develop procedures and there is the scope for career progression.
**Key responsibilities**
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Receiving phone calls
- Reception cover
- Diary/calendar management
- Managing ASIC requirements for our clients
- Company & Trust setups
- Liaising with Accountants, the ATO and ASIC
- Company registrations ABN, GST, PAYG etc
- Collation and billing
- Tax Lodgements
- Plus, general administrative duties as required
**Skills and Experience**
The ideal individual will have experience in a professional services firm. You must be organised, have a fine eye for detail and a friendly, self-driven and enthusiastic nature.
As well as:
- Knowledge of ASIC and CAS is an advantage
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
