The Role

As the People and Culture Administrator, you will be providing hands-on support to the People and Culture team, and wider organisation. You will use your time-management, organisation and communication skills to be a proactive team player, coordinating administrative processes and assisting with P&C related queries when required. This is a 4 week contract, and is a great opportunity for any P&C candidate to add further experience to their CV. Working Holiday Visa candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties

As the P&C Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Employee contract generation.
  • Posting job advertisements.
  • Pre-screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintaining the HRIS.
  • Managing the P&C inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing P&C policies and updating where required.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will ideally have:

  • 1+ year experience working in P&C and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability for the next 4 weeks
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
