The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading national body, funding game-changing breast cancer research with money raised entirely by the Australian public.

**Role summary**:
Reporting to the Community Fundraising Manager, in this role you will have the opportunity to build incredible relationships and be an active player in the fundraising journey of passionate individuals in the community. You will be responsible for supporting these members of the public with communications, marketing materials, and most importantly motivation, to support them in their fundraising journey.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide online and offline fundraiser campaign materials to support community fundraisers.
- Working with fundraising team to create proactive tactics to support fundraisers to exceed individual fundraiser targets.
- Managing fundraiser merchandise.
- Database management to ensure correct information maintained.
- Creation of relevant documentation during and after fundraising event.
- Identify fundraiser stories to share across online and offline media channels.
- Attend fundraising community events throughout the year.
- Support Community Fundraising Executives with Fundraising Coaching Calls and inbox management during peak campaign periods when required according to capacity.

**Essential criteria**:

- Passionate about the organisation and role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Empathetic, positive, and energetic character essential.
- Strong collaborative spirit, able to work autonomously as part of a close-knit team
- First class customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- Able to solve problems, create solutions, and demonstrate initiative
