**About the role**

Working within the Fundraising and HopeStreet Marketing team, you will assist with the administration and coordination of tasks for our HopeStreet marketing and fundraising activities.

Working across genuinely life changing areas of the organisation, you will use your skills and desire for positive change to help market BaptistCare’s HopeStreet brand, driving positive charitable outcomes in the fundraising space and support the division across a range of meaningful and targeted activities.

**About You**

To be considered, you will have:

- Relevant qualifications in marketing and/or fundraising
- Knowledge of fundraising/marketing techniques such as Direct Mail activities
- Experience with CRM systems or other database solutions
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- High attention to detail, creative problem solving and organisation skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise working to tight deadlines in a busy environment whilst working across multiple projects
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, CMS and marketing analytics tools
