**For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for a Dealer** Network Development Manager in **the Philippines.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build annual plans for the development of the local dealer network.
- Define construction standards for the dealer's showroom and assume responsibility for the construction and acceptance.
- Analyze the breakeven point of the dealer network.
- Research and improve the satisfaction of the local market.
- Responsible for sales training and product training for the dealer network.
- Responsible for the design, production, delivery, and acceptance of materials in the dealer’s showroom.

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years working experience in OEMs management level in an automotive dealer network department.
- Fluent English in spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong analytical capability, proficient in MS office.
- Good communication and project/program management experience preferred.

**Salary**: Negotiable
