Global Pay is an Australian government and ASIC-authorized financial service company. Registered under Austrac (Remittance Dealer Number: IND , it is qualified as an independent remittance dealer and offers professional foreign exchange and international money transfer services.
Global Pay provides customers with two-way exchange and international remittance services for major global G10 and some Southeast Asian currencies. We offer the two-way exchange between USD, AUD, CNY and EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD, CAD, NZD, JPY, VND.
Job description
• Communicate and introduce company to customers via phone and network
• Promote international remittance transfer and services, sourcing and developing customers
• Able to identify potential customers and provide foreign exchange solutions to customers
• Consolidate problems encountered by customers and provide professional advice
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure they receive outstanding services.
• Working with the internal and external support to expand business
• Stay up to date with the market and maintain knowledgeable in all areas of foreign exchange trading
• Promote the company's marketing events and network functions to enhance branding and exposure
Requirements:
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
• Experience as a client relationship manager, BDM or Sales Representative in banking and financial services or relevant industries preferred but not essential
• At least 1 years sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Working positively with strong initiative, and be career-focused and self-motivated.
• Possess professional images
• Be comfortable with cold-calling and seeking and generating leads
• Target focus and hunger for money
• Full work rights in Australia or eligible working visa
