**What is the opportunity?**

An opportunity exists for a **Dealer Support **with a positive, customer focused attitude to join the team at **Chullora**.

**The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:

- To achieve the AutoNexus and VGA business goals through quality handling of dealer contacts and delivering a positive dealer support experience
- Effectively support the VGA parts operations team to coordinate and resolve all customer enquiries, incidents and disputes
- Identify opportunities within our operations which will improve our service delivery to our customer’s dealers and drive change management to achieve these benefits
- Source solutions to customer complaint cases as escalated by team members
- Undertake and carry out any other work related tasks as assigned by the Manager on an adhoc basis
