**Salary Package**: $90,000 - $120,000 (Base $70,000 - $90,000 + Super + Incentives)
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing quotes, and closing sales for our premium range of home improvement products. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering top-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming sales inquiries and leads.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate and detailed quotes.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Technical knowledge or hands-on experience in installation processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A current driver’s license.
