Our trade stores and retail showrooms are in Canberra, Albury and Wodonga, Goulburn and Wagga Wagga.

**About the role**

We have both fulltime and part time positions available within our Sales teams and are looking for driven sales experts to join our retail & trade (plumbing) showrooms in Canberra.

Yours is an important role - you’ll be the key point of contact between our company and our customers.

**Key duties include**:

- Face-to-face sales/service to trade and retail customers
- Dealing with a diverse group of customers (homeowners, builders, plumbers and interior designers)
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service
- Finding solutions to customers' needs
- Participation in training and personal development sessions.

As well as excellent customer service skills you’ll have the drive, commitment and integrity required to build a successful sales career. Competency with computers, a desire to acquire product knowledge and a friendly personality to work well within the current friendly teams are also essential characteristics for this role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
