**The Client**
Your new organisation is a well-established and reputable professional services firm. They are currently seeking a TA Coordinator to join their innovative and collaborative team based in the Sydney CBD.

**The Role**
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Support you will be responsible for managing the administration within the Talent Acquisition space. You will also work with internal and external recruiters, managing terms of business, posting adverts, coordinating interviews, and reference checking. There is the opportunity to develop your recruitment skills on junior roles if the interest and capability is there. This is a great role for someone who is looking to develop their skill set in the talent acquisition space.

**The Criteria**
To be considered for this role you will have previous admin experience, ideally within the HR or TA space. You will be confident at communicating effectively with stakeholders, have exceptional attention to detail and be an overall team player. This is a great role for an ambitious junior HR/TA professional who is looking to kick start or further their career.
