As an Enrolment Officer, your key responsibilities include:

- Triaging all hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of their enquiry working towards increase of employer and student satisfaction
- Delivering focused efforts to convert initial EPSILON / enquiry through to enrolment
- Providing accurate program advice to prospective students in line with their goals to ensure student satisfaction
- Conducting enrolment interviews as a secondary component to the role undertaking suitability and pre-training review assessments to ensure student meets course requirements
- Completing pre-training review interview with student to ensure suitability for enrolment into the course
- Undertaking eligibility assessment and confirm student’s eligibility status in accordance with the VET funding contract.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with previous experience in the vocational education sector, general knowledge of education and/or admissions and recruitment including experience in a face to face or phone based environment. Your understanding of nurture marketing and student recruitment lifecycles, a working knowledge of VET funding contract and eligibility requirements coupled with experience in dealing with non-native English speakers from diverse backgrounds will be crucial to your success. CRM experience will be highly regarded.

**Qualifications required for the role**
- Certificate III in Business or Business Administration, or equivalent experience within a related field.
