At Swyftx, we're on a mission to build a more open and accessible financial system, one that empowers the next generation of wealth builders, savers, borrowers and businesses. With over 1.2 million business and retail clients, we've grown into one of APAC's leading digital asset platforms and now we're taking things further by bridging the worlds of crypto and traditional finance. If you're excited by big challenges, real impact and a team that does things differently — you'll fit right in.
Swyftx, a fast-growing leader in the digital assets industry, is seeking an exceptional Executive Communications Lead to join the CEO's immediate office. This is a pivotal role where you will be the architect of all CEO and senior leadership internal and external messaging, playing a crucial part in shaping our brand's narrative and internal culture.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have a proven ability to influence senior leaders, this is your chance to make a real, immediate impact on a global stage.
What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive communication strategy that achieves both powerful external thought leadership and internal alignment.
External Profile & Thought Leadership (70%)
- Be the CEO's Social Strategist: Own and grow the CEO's online presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram, developing content pillars and a social calendar that reflect their authentic voice and strategic priorities.
- Content Architect: Craft engaging short-form videos, articles, and commentary to showcase thought leadership.
- Executive Storyteller: Prepare high-impact messaging, presentations, and briefing notes for high-profile local and international speaking engagements, including conferences, industry panels, and media appearances.
- Real-Time Content: Travel occasionally with the CEO to external events to capture content and manage communications in real-time.
Internal Engagement & Alignment (30%)
- Drive Internal Cohesion: Draft and deliver crucial internal communications, including company-wide updates, strategic announcements, and leadership messages, keeping our globally distributed team informed, inspired, and aligned.
- Event Mastery: Provide speechwriting, scripting, and preparation support for internal events like town halls and employee engagement forums.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with People & Culture, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to ensure absolute consistency and clarity in all Swyftx messaging.
This Role is for You If:
- 5+ years of experience in social media, internal communications, or change communications, ideally within a large or fast-moving organization with remote/dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing social media strategy for senior business leaders.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the versatility to adapt tone for employees, industry peers, and the broader public.
- Proven ability to lead communications through periods of growth, transformation, or international expansion.
- Strong organizational skills and an uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort and confidence in communicating assertively and directly with senior leadership.
- Strong digital and multimedia content creation skills (including video execution).
- Familiarity with the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries is a significant advantage.
*Some of our perks and benefits include:*
- Fully stocked kitchen, breakfast and lunch foods, unlimited fresh fruit and snacks.
- An inhouse barista and weekly catered lunches on a Wednesday.
- Unlimited fee-free trading.
- Career growth, training, mentorship and development opportunities.
- Social activities, game breaks and end of quarter awards.
