**About the Role**:
We are looking for a full-time **Customer Operations Administrator** to join our team at Stapylton. In this essential role, you'll provide administrative support, process customer orders, and help deliver outstanding customer service, working closely with our commercial and logistics teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and order data
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timeframes (SLAs)
- Proactively advise customers on delivery updates or changes
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Support the Customer Operations Supervisor with admin tasks
