An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Employee Benefits Education Consultant to join our HR Shared Services department.
**Details of Department**
The People & Culture Directorate is one of seven reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Based at the Repatriation Campus of Austin Health, the HR Shared Services department is a well-regarded enablement function, consisting of teams that provide accurate and efficient HR services across the organisation.
With a focus on service excellence and customer-centricity, the HRSS teams work collaboratively together and with the broader People & Culture function to support employees and managers through the employee life cycle.
**Position requirements**

Hold strong knowledge of salary packaging within the public sector and novated leasing**:

Maintain knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), particularly in relation to salary packaging benefits and novated leasing**:
- **
Meet annual revenue targets**:
- **
Ability to provide education to employees in all forums**:
- **
Create promotional and marketing activities to engage employees**:
- **
Articulate presentation skills**:
- **
Ability to conduct employee 1:1 appointments and be able to provide education within all aspects of salary packaging**:
- **
Ability to liaise with fleet providers**:
- **
Engage with suppliers to organise on-site promotional events including communications to all Austin Health employees**:
- **
Provide new and existing employees with education and guidance**:
- **
Ensure all tasks are completed within the HR Shared Services delivery model**:
- **
Ability to prioritise and work to set deadlines**:
- **
Attention to detail**:

Enjoy problem solving and dealing with complex queries**:

Ability to work well autonomously as well as a part of a team**:

Maintain knowledge of Austin Health’s salary packaging policy, terms and conditions and processes**
