**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner within our International Operations Team in the Sydney Assistance Centre.

Reporting to Quality Manager, you will be involved in coordinating and facilitating learning programs to our International Operations coordinator teams including induction to support onboarding, products and services training, systems and customer service training to enhance the team’s skill and their ongoing development to deliver high quality medical, security and logístical services to our members and clients.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- Lead and manage the onboarding and development of new operations coordinator staff in the International Operations team
- Design, develop and deliver operations learning programs such as refresher training, new products and services, system training or process updates and/or customer service training
- Develop learning and communication contents, processes and tools in accordance with the L&D principles and best practices
- Continually assess the ongoing learning needs for new and existing International Operations team members in line with service improvements and organisational changes
- Review, evaluate and update existing training materials to ensure up to date information, accuracy and compliance
- Participate and support the processes in place such as call reviews and case audits to identify performance gaps and translates these into learning initiatives
- Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives to improve training solutions
- Working closely with Quality and Operations Managers to establish continuous learning programs and strategies
- Maintain and update training records in the Learning Management System or other systems to manage and track training attendance
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom, online training and on the jobs training
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Training background with a proven ability to coach, facilitate and accurately document process information and practices review
- Learning and development skills, including demonstrated experience in the design, development and implementation of training plans/programs
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferable
- Proficient in working with Windows operating system programs and Microsoft Office packages
