- As part of the IMI transformation, we have a newly crafted position of Learning and Transformation Partner supporting the business.
- As Learning and Transformation Partner, you are leading the enterprise towards a skill based, fluid organization. Transforming the learning culture from linear learning to agile learning.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- A clear understanding and connection to what a skills-based organization is in order to develop and deliver against a road map for change, speak a common language and evolve towards this vision.
- You will work effectively across the enterprise to identify the skills development needs, elevating these through immersive, social learning programs that are tailored and aligned to on the job, real life situations.
- Prioritizing the curation of content on “business capability”(e.g. problem-solving, adaptability, agility, innovative thinking, NGE, data and insights etc) building T shaped associates, as opposed to curating content to deepen “functional competencies” (e.g. selling skills etc.)
- Understands the business and is current with external environmental trends and changes, anticipates industry trends and consequential future skills and capability requirements
- Collaboration with broader learning eco-system, for example ONLP, NOLI and represent Australian priorities and interests with regional and global counterparts
- Seeks to understand external best practices, sources and develops partnerships with vendors
- Collaboration across the business including P&O with the ability to work as true business partners who are leading the ongoing transformation and change agenda.
