About the Role
Develop and implement learning and development initiatives in line with organisational objectives, delivering face-to-face training and designing online learning modules across all business operations. Lead a team that creates fit-for-purpose training content and methods tailored to ensure effective delivery and operational readiness that contributes to the successful execution of electoral events.
The role is an Ongoing Full-time position.

The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Our vision is to maintain confidence in the integrity of the democratic process and make it easy for people to understand and participate.
Our work includes:
- Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Substantial experience in developing and delivering blended learning strategies and services to meet the needs of diverse stakeholder groups.
- Understanding of workforce capability frameworks and the alignment to training and development programs.
- Advanced use of Articulate 360 (including storyline), SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, SuccessFactors Learning.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
- Successful Criminal Record results check.
