Your role We are seeking a motivated and attention-to-detail individual to lead and manage Pathways Administration at MacGregor State High School. This role will involve administration tasks to support departments of - Junior school, Senior school, Learning & Digital Innovation and Pathways. This role will be locally known as Pathways Officer. Responsibilities include:
- NAPLAN Administration
- Administration of Junior school result data
- Check, progress and follow up AARA including Management of spreadsheets
- Lead all data entry into QCAA Student Management Portal
- Manage USI collation, entry and follow up
- Manage LUI error exceptions
- Coordinate all data entry for TrackED
- Coordination of SETP incl. Catering
- Coordination of LPI/LPA interviews/days including SOBs setup & follow up
- Update of QCE/QCIA tracking wall
- Manage Administrative tasks relating to exams
- Pathways Vision 6 distribution
- Industry Insights Expo
- Administrative Support to Head of Departments
- Update of Learning, Assessment and Reporting Policy (LARP)
- Ensure policies on school website are up to date and accurate
- Support VET Coordinator with administrative tasks in relation to students
