Be rewarded and gain self satisfaction through supporting the recovery at work following an injury. The cases include fairly minor injuries through to those that are more complex and mixing of physical and psychological injuries.

The role provides autonomy, yet is supported by a team of well experienced Insurance and Rehab professionals.

**Typical Duties as a Return to Work Coordinator**:

- Liaising with multiple stakeholders to help a range of departments, injured workers and their managers with safe and effective RTW outcomes.
- Contributing to the positive culture by providing an empathetic and proactive response whilst working within regulatory guidelines.
- Supporting with administration, payment processing, record keeping and utilising the CRM system.
- Assisting with strategising on injury prevention methods and supporting non-work related injuries.

**To Be Successful**:

- Existing experience essential - Either within RTW, Case/Senior Case Management, Injury Management.
- Experience with the Workers Compensation Legislation.
- Confident in building relationships with internal stakeholders, whilst experience liaising with external medical and allied health practitioners.
- Comfortable to work autonomously yet work well as part of a team.
