**Your New Role**:
The QA/Test Analyst will work as part of the centralised Digital Channels team to plan, develop, execute and report on testing for a large and complex digital program of work and will have oversight and accountability for both technical and non-technical testing.

A key part of this role is working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from technical and business through to creative; to review and understand requirements and the scope of solutions and deliver outstanding work whilst maintaining the vision and meeting deadlines. The incumbent will also assist in identifying product and process weaknesses, and solutions, in an environment of continual improvement.

The QA/Test Analyst will also be responsible for working closely with the development team to formulate estimates, plans and acceptance criteria, and will contribute to building team capability by training and coaching team members and stakeholders in testing methodology and protocols.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:

- Define, develop and communicate the test strategy for the digital delivery program; including both manual and automated testing (automated testing designed to increase the frequency and efficiency of testing in the development cycle).
- Develop QA methodologies, test phases and planned execution cycles, including cross-browser and device compatibility assessment.
- Develop and implement a test reporting framework, with associated defect tracking and resolution methodology.
- Analyse test data, preparing test summary and status reports.
- Plan, manage, execute and report on end to end testing - both technical & business; including functional, exploratory, performance, regression and acceptance testing.
- The development and execution of both manual and automated test scripts.
- Analysis of test results including troubleshooting and problem determination.
- Log issues and confirm resolution.

**About You**:

- Strong experience in Program Test Management in an enterprise organisation
- Excellent knowledge of Test Phases/Methodology (ie System Test, System Integration Testing etc)
- Applitools, BrowserStack, Selenium, JMeter or other testing tool experience
- Extensive experience in digital testing and a great eye for UI design and usability.
- Solid experience in agile software development practices
- Experienced in creating, managing and executing automated and manual testing plans within a complex web environment.
- Demonstrated experience in functional, system, acceptance and regression testing, across different browsers and devices.
- An excellent communicator with a strong understanding of digital content and testing practices.
