**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced Demand Planning Manager looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?

As a valued part of the Supply Chain - Operations Excellence team, your role will be to lead the demand planning portfolio for all CHEP products to ensure availability across Australia, whilst optimising network costs. Based at either our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office, this role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning and Systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Collaborate with sales and operations to develop short, medium and long-term demand forecasts for all platforms
- Lead and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Sales Review meeting on a monthly basis
- Accountable for demand planning inputs and processes in the budget and re-forecast for CHEP AU platforms
- Lead Cost to Serve Projects to identify network savings
- Overall accountability of the JDA system being optimised and fined tuned to drive improved forecast accuracy
- Drive cross functional collaboration to optimise planning capabilities to reduce costs
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Significant planning experience within the supply chain, retail or FMCG industries
- Experience using JDA planning software for stock and production management
- Advanced Excel skills; experience in SAP required
- Strong analytical and numerical skills a must
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
