**The Company**

This is a fantastic chance to join a progressive company who is quickly growing to be a local market leader in the Property Management division. With solid a focus of overseas investors where the sales side has so far signed up a large rental portfolio, they now need a new addition to help manage a growing portfolio.

Use your previous experience in the field along with your excellent customer service skills to build your long term career in their Western Suburbs offices. This is a Monday to Saturday role with a rostered day off through the week and you will do end to end portfolio management, with support, except for accounts.

**The Job**

Working in a team of 3 other Property Managers, you will have outstanding admin support for all documentation (leases, letters etc) and property access coordination, whilst your duties will include:

- Day to day management of up to 200 properties (experience dependent) with full admin support
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Carrying out all leasing duties
- Ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Upkeep of properties and arranging quotes and tradespeople
- Rent reviews and increases

**The Requirements**
- Some property management experience, whether be a Receptionist, Assistant or Officer
- Chinese language skills, ideally
- Live locally to Sydney’s West
- Current Certificate of Registration
