We have a flat organisational structure, so you will be exposed daily to our founders and senior leaders. We like to openly share and collaborate, so you will get a real understanding across operations, economics and the go-to-market of a high growth business - from IT to marketing to finance.
Did we mention we are growing fast? In the last 11 months we have tripled our revenue, customers, and users. Don’t expect to stay in this role for long - this is a genuine foot-in-door opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to work for one of Melbourne’s most exciting tech start-ups.
Responsibilities include:
- Following up inbound enquiries by phone and understanding customer needs
- Connecting and engaging with prospects via Linkedin
- Set and reach call and appointment-setting targets each day
- Create outbound sales pipeline from marketing leads as well as independent activity
- Work with Marketing Team to help understand MQL and SAL metrics
- Shadow the CEO and National Sales Manager and learn about the product roadmap and growth strategy
You’ll be:
- High energy and focused on success
- Confident, polite and engaging phone manner
- Interested to learn about technology and property
Our pay structure is generous and simple. We’ll pay $30 per hour + $30 per a sales-demo booked and held. It's a permanent part-time role, so benefits (super and leave entitlements) are on top.
Your leads are predominately inbound, but some cold-outbound telesales will be required.
