Product Coordinator | Pyrmont, Sydney
We are currently recruiting a Product Coordinator to join our Intimates team in our Pyrmont Support Centre on a 15 month fixed term contract. The primary focus of the role will be to manage pre and post-order activities, such as co-ordinating the costing process, ordering samples, co-ordinating packaging and tracking milestones to ensure goods are able to be delivered on time.
This role will see you work across 3 brands, maintaining products through their lifecycle and running associated processes ensuring data is captured accurately, relevant parties are informed, activities are completed to calendar milestones and opportunities to streamline are explored.

A day in the life of
- Key contact point between our global Hanes brand offices (China, Indonesia, Europe, US and Melbourne) in handling all issues and queries relating to timely development of seasonal range
- Input of data into central system, including product attributes and costing details
- Create and coordinate Production Spec Packs
- Assist in compiling wholesale catalogues and price lists
- Sample Management

What experience do I have?
- High level administrative skills with a ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A background in import/export, logistics or product coordination desirable not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across a wide and varied stakeholder group
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- A highly organised, deadline-orientated individual who can juggle multiple and often conflicting projects
- An analytical thinker and confident communicator
- Team player who can work independently where required and with mínimal supervision
