**Full-Time Role**: This is a full-time receptionist position, offering stability and consistency in your work schedule. Ideal for someone looking for a long-term career in the healthcare industry. Hours from 9am - 5pm.
**Key Requirements**: To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Maintaining patient confidentiality is paramount, and attention to detail, proactiveness, and multitasking abilities are essential. While medical reception experience, Medicare billing, and knowledge of Pracsoft or similar software are advantageous, they are not essential as training will be provided.
**Collaborative Environment**:Join a supportive and collaborative team that values teamwork and open communication. You will have the opportunity to liaise with doctors, staff, and other allied health professionals, contributing to a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**:As a Medical Receptionist, your role will involve scheduling appointments, handling patient billings, answering telephone inquiries, providing administrative support, and managing internal and external correspondence. Attention to detail, time management skills, and a high level of professionalism are integral to excel in these responsibilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
