Submissions Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Submissions manager to join the BD team in Perth In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all leads and opportunity data and managing ROI/EOI submissions, including undertaking market analysis and strategy development as required.

Your focus will include:
- Work closely with the EVP and business development leads to support and stay abreast of all prequalification activities- Coordinate and prepare expressions of interest and registrations of interest documentation, including leading cross functional teams to deliver compelling and competitive proposals.- Manage teams as required when multiple EOIs are being undertaken- Create and maintain Client Relationship Management Plans- Prepare strategy documents and presentations as required- Market Analysis as needed

What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience in proposals and submissions (essential)- Previous experience in business development for a Tier 1/Tier 2 organisation (desirable)- Experience in the Construction industry (desirable)- Strong proposal writing and editing skills (essential)- Intermediate level Excel skills (desirable)- Builds strong relationships to drive the business forward- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective communications with all stakeholders
