**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Training Administrator**, **Full-Time**, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) including general administration, compliance, reporting, training course management and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversight of the RTO student management system Power Pro RTO and Cloud Assess.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the VET Sector and Regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and management of online training.
- Maintain and update monthly training course schedule and trainer roster.
- Liaise with clients and students for enquiries and monitor: student enrolments, compilation of feedback, issuance of certification, RPL, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor the Trainers/Assessors Qualifications matrix ensuring all Assessors hold and maintain currency in relevant units of competencies and qualifications.
- To promote Baseline’s services in the industry and provide management updates to assist with new sales / client opportunities.

**Essential Duties**:

- Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, quality forms, etc.
- Develop and maintain systems for training resources and assessment tool compliance and version control for all RTO documentation.
- Aid in reviewing the compilation training material - manuals and assessment materials.
- Conduct/assist with course reviews and assessment validations.
- Maintain and update monthly training course schedule and trainer roster.
- Liaise with the mobilisation team to ensure trainers medicals, flights, site entry requirements are met.
- Administer the quality assurance and continuous improvement commitments for the RTO and

QMS.
- To assist with the initiation of new projects including scope development, assessment of

resourcing, expert advice, and client liaison.
- Assist with identifying cost-reduction and value management initiatives.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service principles and has the capacity to act as point of

contact for escalation of difficult issues/complaints.
- Adheres to the requirements of the Privacy Act when dealing with personal data / training

material.
- Assist with site-based work including, Onsite Medic / ESO relief cover, Training, Leadership Course, Event Adjudication and Pre-Competition Training.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessing (or working towards).
- Experience working within a Registered Training Organization (RTO).
- Familiarity with RTO reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in Power Pro RTO and Cloud Assess.
- Experience in course development.

**Key Skills**:

- Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong self-management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

**Other Requirements**:

- Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
- Ability to perform additional reasonable duties as required.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvements and ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
