Job Opportunity: Training Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training records and providing administrative support across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate training records and databases.
- Update certificates, internal/external training and licenses in the training database.
- Respond to queries related to training administration.
- Assist with the compilation of monthly training reports to management and personnel.
- Liaise with training providers, managers and the HR team.
Requirements and Skills:
- Certificate in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS products – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Able to prioritise work and communicate effectively.
