The role of Service Desk Technical Support Officer provides additional triaging capability for the Service Desk team, assisting with level 1 IT issues but also supporting Grade 4 Specialists with level 2 issues.
Who we are looking for
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services and an understanding of infrastructure, SCCM, AD, DNS and DHCP
- A proactive approach and the demonstrated ability to effectively engage and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from ELT to general staff.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to use your initiative to find solutions
