**Position Overview**:
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our e-commerce presence, increase conversions, and maximize revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales revenue across various online platforms.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize product visibility and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and IT, to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
