We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team and be a part of our first store launch based in Melbourne CBD

**Role Description**

As the Retail Store Manager of our first physical retail store, you will be responsible for the management of the retail store, overseeing day-to-day operations, building & leading the retail store team to deliver a high standard of customer service, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with HQ. If you are passionate about beauty (K-beauty a bonus) & retail, with big ambitions to grow with us, this might be the role for you
- This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays if needed._

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Lead, support and motivate your retail team to bring their best self to work to ensure key KPIs and key in-store targets are met.
- Assistance in recruiting & training new team members.
- Ensure store rosters are planned effectively.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Training and up-skilling your team with the latest brand and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align store strategies with retail marketing campaigns.
- Work with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mind.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- 2+ years experience as a Store Manager in a retail store (bonus if it’s in the beauty industry).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with great sales results.
- Passion for the retail & beauty industry and good product knowledge.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
- An attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Worked in delivering Loss Prevention KPI's, Visual Merchandising initiatives.
- Knowledgeable of safety protocols and dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
