**Your new company**

This company is an established supplier and distributor, working closely with key clients in the construction industry. Providing services which streamline construction processes ensuring the delivery of outstanding performance every time. Due to growth, this company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join their expanding team.

**Your new role**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the construction and building sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing client accounts. You will work closely with a dynamic team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Procuring new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Liaising with customers on the cost / budget structures for large projects
- Evaluating initial expressions of interest through tender packages, cold calls to sites, site visits
- Preparing quotations and communicating client requirements to the Engineering Team
- Conducting pre-contract meetings where relevant
- Developing project budgets and schedules and submitting quotations to clients
- Performing monthly reporting activities
- Maintaining knowledge of stock levels and capabilities - _working with Operations team_
- Handling impending stock requirements
- Facilitating accurate and timely invoicing of clients for works performed
- Identifying and eliminating account disputes at an early stage in all projects to ensure timely finalisation of all account matters.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally you will come with experience in developing cold, warm and hot business as well as fostering relationships with existing clients. To be successful, you will also have extensive knowledge and experience in construction and/ or engineering, specialising in form work and scaffoldings systems.

**What you'll get in return**

In return, you wil be rewarded with an attractive salary package up to $110k per annum + company car, bonus & super. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team within a supportive business environment.
