**What are we looking for?**

A fantastic opportunity is now available to join our internal Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Business Partner. This permanent full-time opportunity will have you work as part of the wider Human Resources team. You will also have flexibility to work from home and office, and this role will be based out of our Melbourne CBD office. Our business is in a period of transformation, and ready to work smarter. We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic individual who is excited about an opportunity to bring their expertise to the table.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
**End to End Recruitment**:

- Taking job briefs from internal hiring managers
- Running the end-to-end recruitment process from recruitment approval to offer stage
- Working on vacancies across our Legal and Shared Service teams nationally
- Maintaining and updating talent pipelines

**Brand Attraction**:

- Updating and maintaining external branding (careers page, job ads)
- Working with third party providers to create key brand content
- Collaboration with the wider team with various project work

**What will you bring?**

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A real passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Great technical skills and exposure to various recruitment technology platforms
- An ability to build rapport with all levels of staff in a friendly and engaging way
- Ability to show initiative and improve processes
- A team player
