Let’s talk about you
- As our Recruitment Business Partner, you will join a dedicated team focused on identifying and delivering talent to the business. This opportunity is a fixed-term contract position.- To be successful as our Recruitment Business Partner you will possess:- Experience with end-to-end recruitment, specifically within the Tech industry.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering effective sourcing strategies.
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable.- How will you support our “Why?”- Our Recruitment Business Partners work closely with hiring managers and the People Partnering team to support the engagement of talent for our continued growth and success. You’ll work with the Recruitment Manager to deliver recruitment strategies that support Aussie’s unique culture and growth. Your responsibilities will include:- Delivering end to end recruitment process activities for tech sector including job briefs, sourcing, screening, offer management and onboarding.
- Nurture our internal and external talent pools, in partnership with the Recruitment Manager.
