**What this job involves**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to work on site at a vibrant, iconic, premium office building boasting outstanding diverse office space, stunning views, and unrivalled connectivity to transport, retail dining and entertainment.

The role supports our Operations Manager and on-site Property team and you’ll provide service excellence to the tenants, clients and contractors as well as coordinate all trades and soft services that are vital to the operational success of the asset.

**A snapshot of the day-to-day duties**:
Compliance and Certification - ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and best practice in relation to the maintenance of the property structure, façade, inspection of tenant fit-outs, property finishes and services

Maintenance and Risk Management - comply with all EH&S requirements including contractor induction and training on site specific risk management plans. Inspect building and plant to determine the extent, priority and safety aspects of any repair work required

Budgeting and Reporting - prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets

Contracts and Contractor Management - administration of allocated maintenance contracts such as security, cleaning and handyman, ensuring these are maintained within agreed budget and continuously looking at ways to improve customer service and reduce expenditure

Involvement in Sustainability and NABERS certification - implement energy, water and waste conservation initiatives

Manage Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Requirements

You will have proven facilities/ operations management experience in a commercial environment and you’re ready to push your career forward managing premium grade assets.

You’re passionate about sustainability and have a good knowledge of building systems as well as occupational health & safety legislation and requirements.
Excellent communication skills are important
- both written and spoken - and we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines.
